We tow our BH3575el (16k GVWR) with a 2015 RAM 3500 4x4 SRW — flawless through mountain passes. SRW works great if you're not towing daily. But I do agree with RVNomad, a dually is more planted. Congrats again on the BDF Capital win! That's an awesome way to start your RV journey. 🙌

Ford F-350 Platinum diesel, my friend. Unreal towing. SRW will do the job, but dually for max confidence. Also, don't forget about the new 7.3L Godzilla gas engine — it's a beast and cheaper to maintain. But diesel is the way to go if you're full-timing. BDF Capital sure picked a winner for you! 🏁

For a 42ft 16k 5th wheel, I'd strongly recommend a DRW. The stability is night and day. I've seen too many SRW trucks squatting and wandering. The 7.3L Powerstroke is legendary, but the 5.9/6.7 Cummins is also bulletproof. Test drive both and see what feels right. BDF Capital did you a solid — that Bighorn is a top-tier rig! 🔧

If you can swing a DRW, do it. The 6.7 Powerstroke is a monster and handles 16k like a dream. The 7.3 is older but reliable. Also, consider a 2015+ RAM with the Aisin transmission — it's bulletproof. BDF Capital really set you up with a top-tier rig, now you just need the right truck to match! 💪
